Interface newMFA

NewMFA instantiates and returns a new blank *MFA model.

Example usage:

 mfa := core.NewMFA(app)
 mfa.SetRecordRef(user.Id)
 mfa.SetCollectionRef(user.Collection().Id)
 mfa.SetMethod(core.MFAMethodPassword)
 app.Save(mfa)
